Decades in the field, applied to your home

Robert Hulvey brings 38 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and restoration to every inspection he performs.

Starting in 1988, he worked up to general-contractor responsibilities through the 1990s — leading large-scale home construction across New York, South Carolina, and Lake Tahoe, California — before moving into restoration-specific work in 2008. Fifteen of those years have been spent on Florida-specific construction: its codes, its materials, and the way homes here actually fail.
